The neo-Gothic Church was built from 1902 till 1925 through the generosity of William Gainsford of Skendleby Hall. This year is our centenary year! Special features include screens in the Lady Chapel and high altar, the depiction of the crucified Jesus with Mary and John below the chancel arch. A lancet window in the sanctuary depicts St George. The church is set in gardens and allotments. The Lady Chapel is available for private prayer. An exhibition about Religious Orders is displayed. We close with Evening Prayer.
