Grainthorpe, St Clement* |
Beautiful and imposing Grade I listed marshland church, that has evolved over 800 years. Elements of the Decorated and Perpendicular Gothic styles. Interesting medieval brass engraved with fantastical fish. Discover 18th century graffiti of sailing ships, shoes and hands. A medieval stone altar is a rare survivor of the destruction during the reformation.
