Bucknall, St Margaret (church's own photograph) |
St Margaret’s Church Bucknall dates in part to the Norman period, but was heavily renovated by local architect, James Fowler in 1875. The church may be quite small but it’s full of character. This year’s theme will be The Best of British, commemorating all things red, white and blue, and remembering Queen Elizabeth II on the second anniversary of her death on September 8th. There will be refreshments on sale and a tombola too, all in aid of the roof replacement fund. Postcode LN10 5DT
Opening Times: 7-8th September
Saturday 10am - 4pm
Sunday 10am–4pm
