Stickney, St Luke

Stickney, St Luke*

Early English style of the 13th century, but what we see today is a result of subsequent renovation and alteration. There are several beautiful stained-glass windows. The east window is in memory of Rev. Henry Hales. Another is dedicated to John Kirkham. The church will not be manned but in the Village Hall, Hall Lane, PE22 8BA there is a History of Stickney Exhibition 10am-6pm both days. Lots of information, old maps, photos, bill heads, BMD and censuses of Stickney and some of the surrounding villages. Light refreshments available.
