An early 14th century church and churchyard featuring a Heritage Collection, making heritage and historical information accessible in several ways. It includes an interactive touch screen displaying much of the history of the church and a Listening Post which provides a commentary on local features. Unique in Lincolnshire is an engraved glass window by Lincolnshire artist Derrick Commander. Completed in 2018 the glass depicts scenes of Utterby past, present and future. There is also a stained glass window by Thomas Willement, glass artist to Queen Victoria.
