Tathwell, St Vedast
Built on the highest point in the village, commanding views of Tathwell Lake. Timber-framed porch leads to discovery of interesting mix of Norman, Georgian and Victorian architecture.  Grade II* listed. Fascinating monuments to the Hamby and Chaplin families who once owned Tathwell and vast acres of Lincolnshire. East window commemorates three Chaplin brothers. 20th century window depicts St Vedast and the racehorses bred by another local family.
