| Huttoft, St Margaret of Antioch |
St Margaret’s is a Grade 1 Listed Building. It was built in the 13th century and has a 15th century font with a Victorian canopy. There are many stained glass windows to view.
The church has many amazing artefacts, including The Great Chair, a carved La Pieta, Medieval Parish Trunks, the village funeral Bier, painted Reredos and a carved Rood Screen.
The church has a strong connection with the poet Sir John Betjemen and the poem ‘A Lincolnshire Church’. The church organ will be played both days from 1pm to 3pm, a mixture of popular hymns and contemporary music.
